2025 Nissan Sentra vs 2024 Nissan Sentra
Serving Turnersville NJ
For compact car shoppers, the Nissan Sentra is a solid option to consider. It combines value with effortless aesthetics and great features. In 2024, the Nissan Sentra debuted numerous updates, including a major design refresh. The 2025 Sentra is also improved with a few new features available in the SV trim level.
Performance
The 2024 and 2025 Sentra sedans have three trim options: the S, SV, and SR. All are powered by a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter engine that puts out 149 horsepower. All trims also come with front-wheel drive and a continuously variable auto transmission. The SV and SR have rear disc brakes for improved braking performance.
Appearance
The Nissan Sentra expresses athleticism with a modern touch through its flowing design. The dramatically curved hood rolls up to the tapered hood, and the sides have an angled rocker panel and flared fenders. On the nose, the black V-motion grille shows off chrome side bars. These bars angle outward to connect to the slanted LED headlights. Below the lights, tall, triangular air intakes have chrome accents. The entry-level trim comes with 16-inch steel wheels. The higher trims are available with 16-inch or 17-inch alloy wheels, hands-free keyless entry, heated side mirrors, and a sunroof.
Features
The main updates made to the 2025 Nissan Sentra are found in the SV trim level. Now, this trim comes with NissanConnect and a wireless internet hotspot. In addition, the 2025 Sentra now comes with three free oil changes during the first 24,000 miles or 24 months. Otherwise, the 2024 and 2025 Sentra sedans are comparably equipped. The S comes with a push-button ignition, a 7-inch infotainment system screen, a four-speaker sound system, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, forward collision mitigation, a lane departure warning, a blind spot warning, and a few others. The SV adds an upgraded driver information display screen, an 8-inch infotainment system screen, a six-speaker sound system, and adaptive cruise control. The top trim and optional packages add NissanConnect, a surround-view parking camera, a Bose sound system, a heated steering wheel, a wireless internet connection, a remote engine start, a power sunroof, and a leather-covered steering wheel.
