What’s New for the 2025 Nissan Sentra?
The Nissan Sentra was broadly redesigned in 2023, and its latest generation debuted in 2025. A few updates will also elevate the appeal of this well-engineered, stylish sedan.
The compact Nissan Sentra offers sharp, sporty styling that perfectly complements its high-performance capabilities. The profile displays a swooping, defined hood and a steeply sloped roof. A side glance reveals outlined-spoke wheels, impressively defined haunches, and an angled rocker panel. The front end has a drop-down, inverted grille supported by a minimized bumper. The angled headlights trend into a point as they reach the grille. Below the headlights, slender, triangular air inlets stand vertically. A two-tone color scheme is available with select trim levels. The first two trims have 16-inch wheels while the top trim level has 17-inch alloy wheels. Additional features available with the 2025 Sentra’s higher trim levels include heated side mirrors, a dark chrome grille, a rear spoiler, and daytime running headlights.
All three of the 2025 Nissan Sentra’s trim levels come with an inline-four, 2.0-liter gas engine. With a continuously variable auto transmission and front-wheel drive, the system produces 149 horsepower. The 2025 Nissan Sentra SV and SR also have standard rear disc brakes.
If you opt for the entry-level Sentra S, you can take advantage of numerous coveted features. These include a four-speaker sound system, forward collision avoidance, remote keyless entry, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a push-button engine starter, rear auto braking, a lane departure alert, a blind-spot warning, and a rear cross-traffic warning.
With a higher trim level or optional packages, the Sentra is also offered with an upgraded driver’s display, adaptive cruise control, an upgraded sound system, a larger infotainment system screen, a two-zone auto climate control system, hands-free keyless entry, remote engine start, heated front seats, additional USB ports, leather upholstery or sport cloth upholstery, accent stitching, a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel, power-adjustable seats, a sunroof, NissanConnect and a surround-view parking camera system.
