What’s New for the 2025 Nissan Pathfinder SV?
The 2025 Nissan Pathfinder carries up from the previous model year with minimal updates. The trim levels available are the S, SV, SL, Rock Creek, and Platinum. In 2025, the popular SV trim level now includes a standard power liftgate for the first time. In addition, all Pathfinder trims benefit from complimentary Nissan Maintenance Care. This plan includes three oil changes for your vehicle’s first 24,000 miles or two years.
Every 2025 Pathfinder is outfitted with the same engine that was offered in 2024. This is a V6, 3.5-liter system connected to a nine-speed automatic transmission. The system produces 284 horsepower. The SV trim level comes with standard front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is an upgrade.
The Pathfinder displays a modern look without forsaking its powerful image. Its squared-off design includes smooth sides and geometrically flared fenders. The tall nose is modestly curved and shows off a contemporary take on Nissan’s signature, V-motion grille design. The grille is surrounded by a glossy black element and features three metallic, rectangular accents at the top. The rectangular headlights are slightly tilted, and they show off a detached LED bar as an accent. The 2025 Nissan Pathfinder SV includes heated side mirrors and 18-inch wheels.
The SV trim level comes with all of the features available in the Pathfinder S, and it adds several other features for a more comfortable driving experience. The S and SV both come with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a three-zone climate control system, proximity keyless entry, a push-button ignition, a blind-spot detection system with a rear cross-traffic alert, rear auto braking, forward collision detection and avoidance, a lane departure warning system, and parking sensors. The SV builds on these features with blind-spot intervention, lane-keeping assistance, adaptive cruise control, a leather-covered steering wheel, remote start, and heated front seats.
