Over the last several decades, the Nissan Sentra has benefited from bold improvements through eight generations. Under the hood, all trim levels for the 2023 Nissan Sentra hold the same powertrain. This powertrain features a four-cylinder, 149-horsepower gas engine. It comes with front-wheel drive and a CVT. Select trims also have rear disc brakes.

While the 2023 Sentra is a compact car, it has a surprisingly spacious interior across both rows.
